eSign MIS – Signage

The eSign MIS system is our estimating and job management solution for the large format and signage industry.

Specifically developed for users of large format and flat bed presses we have built estimating processes that enable pricing on a sq meter basis, linear meter, or through the use of a pre built catalogue of products.

By linking the eStore and eSign MIS you can achieve a complete workflow from order to invoice.

We have developed a web link to the Xero cloud accounting system for a seamless data transfer or we can also send data to MYOB Live or traditional accounting systems. This enables you to export your invoice and purchase data to your accounts package removing the need for any manual data entry in your business workflow.

ePromo MIS – Promotional Products

eStore Web2Print

eStore Web2Print is our cloud ordering system. We developed this so it can be fully integrated with our ePrint, eSign and ePromo management solutions.

Public B2C eStore

The eStore module enables you to have a public website storefront where anyone can review your products online, upload artwork, or even build a product design online, before ordering and paying by credit card.

B2B eStore

The eStore also has a B2B module designed for your regular business customers to login to a branded portal specifically created for their ordering requirements. They can order from their range of products and edit templated designs for products such as business cards, flyers, and other marketing pieces, before proofing and ordering.

Approval processes can be put in place channeling new orders to a designated approver before the approved order flows to your team for production.

If you work with companies with multiple staff, departments, or remote office locations, who all need to order print the eStore is the way to focus all their orders into one easy to use portal. The order is received into your MIS system and you can progress the order to become a job and manage the production process before dispatching and invoicing your customer.

Editable Template Products

The editable template functionality of the eStore provides an excellent way to enable your customers to modify products online, proof the item on screen and they place their order.

The system is based on PDF technology which all designers and printers are used to working with. We have created one of the most simple to use workflows for your customers so editing of products is straight forward.

For your team who create the products in the first place the process is also straight forwards and they are able to see the editable product they are creating throughout the creation process making it a visual process.
